1. Institution Introduction
Ordos Laboratory is a new research institution led by the Ordos Municipal
Government
(hereinafter referred to as "the Laboratory"), relying on excellent
innovation resources such as Tsinghua University's
scientific research, talents, and technology.
On August 6, 2023, it was approved by the People's Government of Inner
Mongolia Autonomous Region as an Inner Mongolia
Laboratory,
becoming one of the
first two autonomous region-level laboratories; On April 29,
2024,
the laboratory was approved to establish a national-level postdoctoral
research workstation, becoming
the first new
research institution in Inner Mongolia to be approved for a national
postdoctoral research station.
The laboratory is now recruiting globally for a
Head of Sci-Tech Transformation
globally.

2. Recruitment Requirements
(1) Basic Requirements
1. Education: Master's
degree or above, full-time employment;
2. Management experience: At least
10 years of experience in comprehensive enterprise
management;
3. Core management of large enterprises: With experience holding a
core management position in a company with a registered capital of over
30 million
RMB;
4. Entrepreneurial experience: With experience in starting and
running a successful business;
5. Investment and financing experience: Minimum
10 years of experience in investment and financing,
experience in
investment strategies, familiarity with finance, laws and regulations,
and experience in IPO is preferred;
6. Overseas experience: Candidates with overseas work or study
experience are preferred.
