On December 26th, the Ordos Laboratory held a staff report conference for the year 2024, comprehensively summarizing the work of 2024. Qian Weizhong, a professor at Tsinghua University and executive deputy director of the Ordos Laboratory, presided over the meeting. The laboratory director Wei Fei, executive deputy director Wang Jun, technical deputy director Zhang Chenxi, chief scientists Bai Dingrong, Hong Mingzi, Yang Yanhui, functional department heads, and staff members participated.

At the meeting, the heads of functional departments and the staff of each team reported on their job performance one by one, comprehensively summarizing the work achievements of 2024 and proposing work ideas and goals for 2025.

The laboratory leadership team and chief scientist evaluated the work of the staff, fully recognizing their achievements over the past year and contributions to promoting laboratory construction, and made work arrangements for 2025.

Finally, Director Wei Fei stated that in 2024, the laboratory has achieved significant results in institutional reform and innovation, sound internal management systems, development and growth of talent teams, key core technology breakthroughs, and the transformation and implementation of major demonstration projects, which have been highly recognized by various sectors of society and higher-level supervisory departments.
